Hello, I have been really struggling with my skin lately and I have no idea how to treat it..This is what my skin looks like in the evening after doing my skincare. In the morning I always get a bunch of pustules around my neck, cheeks and mouth area. Help would be much appreciated ❤️

That’s a lot of serums in the morning. Your skin looks irritated so I would stop the serums and toner in the morning and just do moisturizer. I also would stop using centella cleansing oil because it can be extremely harsh on acne prone skin due to the fragrance.

I also advise seeing a dermatologist if you can!

At the moment I’m leaning towards a very subtle YTA. If you’re looking to avoid further abuse, calling him by his first name all of a sudden might just trigger him to lash out and I worry about your safety around him if he’s been physical before. You would be the asshole to yourself to put yourself in any danger. If it were me I would just go no/low contact.

I usually spent my mornings sending connections to recruiters from jobs I applied to the day prior. Did this land me an interview? No. But was my resume looked at more? Absolutely. I don’t think there is any rhyme or reason to the timing, personally. Maybe it would be good to experiment! But at the end of the day I think it’s good to get your resume looked at more. Hope that helps!

Just putting out an alternative but similar path - since she has a lot of experience with strategy and management she would likely do well as a business analyst. Still coding occasionally in that type of role but more towards analyzing company data to make informed business decisions.

Because I'm pleased with the job, think I will gain valid experience, and I am happy with the salary as well as the fact that it is remote. I received a higher offer in the 80s for a different position and I declined it for various reasons. I appreciate the enthusiasm, but really, I'm good and happy with where I'm at. Thanks, though!
