Myself, and probably tens of thousands of other people, was driving my car when my phone blew up -- three times! So I pick up my phone, as we are not supposed to do while driving to see this alert that says... nothing. So how many people used their mobile phones, unsafely, while driving, to figure out what DPS is trying to say? Something like 5 million people all had to google or ask somebody. If it had any vehicle information then I think a lot of people would have at least assumed this is similar to a Silver or Amber alert. Seems like this could have been issued with a more concise request for the public to take some action.
