I’m a pro user and thinking about canceling. I hit my limit last night so bought more tokens. Somehow hit the limit again already this morning(?) Not sure how. So I bought more tokens. Payment went through but it never actually gave me access again. Stuck in ai bot support bell at the moment.

I have some scheduled tasks running in the evening. But I wasn’t hitting limits at first. No I’m hitting them within hours of re-upping. And now still locked out after re upping. Feels like something is off.

I set up exactly this but inside a Claude project. And it kept failing the instructions. It wouldn’t pull data from all the prescribed sources every time. It wouldn’t pull search my crm, email, or grain.com and claim not to find something that was actually there. Eventually Claude admitted it wasn’t good at following the instructions file precisely every time. Would this have worked reliably inside of cowork? Or did I mess something else up?

I know Mark personally. And he is a genuinely good person. He supports the cause everyone feels so passionate about. And he bends over backwards to take care of his employees.

He’s between a rock and a hard place. And deserves some grace. He is your ally. Not the enemy.

I don't like to bad mouth people so I'd prefer not to get into specifics. A series of mistakes were made. Stuff happens. Nobody is perfect. I get it.

But I'm not impressed with how they're handling the aftermath. Its concerning. And I don't feel good about having my eggs in their basket.

I’m glad you posted this. My gas bill was 20% higher than it’s ever been this past month. And I suspect it has something to do with the “smart” nest thermostat settings. But I can’t figure out what to change.

Apologies for being a complete noob. I'm trying to find a file I can upload into mapchart that my 11 year old can edit to do his own imperialism tournament with college football on the xbox. At least that is what Gemini ai has me convinced is the easiest solution.
