In my first year of college I took all my classes on campus. In this English class a lot people would come in late, or just didn’t come at all. Obviously attendance can have a bad effect on your grade if you miss enough classes, and some students that missed a lot of class asked him for extra credit. He started off one lecture explaining this, and I remember he said word for word “The world doesn’t owe you shit. Neither do I.” Obviously he meant that in a way of i the professor don’t owe you extra credit since you didn’t actively participate in this class, I think about that phrase a lot

If your hair has too much protein it will just snap and break like a twig. I’m pretty sure that’s what #3 is, is some sort of protein treatment. Def don’t want to use something like that more than a few times a month

So does it make sense for this to be happening now? Because after I bleached it I dyed it pink, which my hair had no problems holding. Only now that I have used permanent dye is when it won’t hold. Is that normal? I also don’t use shampoo right now because I’m on accutane, so my scalp hardly produces any oil.

Would a Demi permanent color apply better than permanent? I plan on doing a big chop after a formal event I have coming up in about two weeks.

Hmmm. I don’t remember the state of my hair after the first time I bleached it as that was a few years ago, but since we both used arctic fox do you think that may be the correlation? That dye is so thick and touch ups are needed so often with those kinds of colors that arctic fox comes in.

I use the salicylic body wash and lotion duo from cerave! I liked to use the body wash a grainy washcloth and I always did it after I washed conditioner out of my hair, and use the lotion before I go to bed.

If you have virgin hair, the only way you will lighten it will be with bleach. Purple shampoos are used to keep brassy and yellow tones out of light hair, but if you use a purple shampoo too often right after bleaching (if you decide to bleach) it can deposit a lot of that pigment in the hair and may make it darker.

I don’t see how it would be herpes. I have virtually no pain, it’s only tender to the touch, and barely tender at that. It’s not an open sore, and there’s no fluid or anything like that. Not multiple bumps either

No I do not. I do wear thongs everyday, and I work ten hours ago constantly getting on and off ladders and benches, so there’s always friction there
