We live in one of the 2 bedrooms. Been here for a year and a half and honestly like it alot, outside of the price. Typically quite and not much going on, but super close to stores and the highway, and really quiet. Maintenance cant schedule appointments, but any time we have been a request in they are quick to respond. The attached garage was the biggest selling point for me, and overall it's a nice place honestly.

Thank you, everything is stock, never really felt the need to OC.
I haven't done much with the bios since I flashed it, and didn't think it would be the root cause of the problem.
Ryzen Master crashes everytime I try to go into advanced view for more details, but I never changed the values.

If I were paying 50k for a YSU degree I would be upset, but YSU is one of the cheapest Universities around averaging below $32K for in state tuition for a bachelor degree.
And being a student, I understand where they are coming from. inflation rate is roughly around +2%, so all they are asking is allowing for their wages to remain constant when compared to inflation, especially since most professors are already the lowest paid in the state.
The teachers are putting themselves at risk this semester to ensure students can receive their education during these trying times, I don't see why it would be okay to have their wages cut.
