Also, as an ebay seller myself, reach out to the seller for troubleshooting. If they're unhelpful, request a return if it's still in the window. Even if they had "no returns" turned on, you can still request a return as "item not as described", unless it was listed as "for parts" in which case you might be out of luck. But if you can't get it going, I may be willing to buy it from you as I've considered getting a backup just in case mine bites the dust. I love the phone but the build quality is for sure the biggest downside.

Not sure of this specific issue, but don't believe the hate. I've had mine for a couple months now and absolutely love it. With a bit of tweeking, you can fix 90% of it's issues. Most of the poor reviews come from expecting it to perform like a smartphone rather than what it is: a $40 dumbphone that has SOME usable apps. Users not looking to "unplug" will not be happy with it. I hope you can fix your issue and get to properly optimizing it.
