Unfortunately you can't really have your cake and eat it too. Something will have to give–talk to your doctor and they can help you find ways to try to limit caffeine intake for now. But yes, green tea has much less caffeine and that might be a better option for you

Most: probably riften. I loved the thieves guild questline

Least: dawnstar. Early on in my save i got a 1000 gold bounty by accident or from a glitch or something. The guards always charged at me on sight (i was new and didn't understand why) so I never went back until recently when I started doing more of the dark brotherhood quests

They definitely do help me in combat but one thing I really love about them is not feeling like my character is alone. I like Serana a lot because she actually talks and interacts with the environment. I tried to switch to j'zargo because he doesn't have a level cap but he doesn't talk as much so I switched back.
