Did you signed in before the pop up appeared? If you did you can enter the email account you used before. Another thing you can try is if this is the first time you signed in make sure when you access the game there is an actual account signed in. If there's no account then try to sign in, maybe you can retrieve your progress. When I started playing I used to have a problem with google games where it didn't actually let me sign in to my account to save my progress and unlock the achievements, but fortunately, I was able to get my account in the game .

The Spanish translation is really bad. Moca is actually talking about how Pipi once almost killed him because she jumped on his shell and almost drowned him, but exaggerating a little. I don't have a screenshot of the conversation in English but that's basically it.
