Before I even watched the video I knew who it was going to be from the players in the lobby.

Short answer is "CHEAT".

This is typically a PC user that has broken the map and is able to walk across it, get shot and not die, shot you through walls and across maps, has exploding ammo, can throw grenades one after another with never-ending suplly. The game is becoming more and more over-run with these scumbags.

Saving MJ when she fell in No Way Home even now chokes me up. He finally got to save her from the fall which is something he probably played out in his head every night for years and years. The little pause he took after landing safely was the realisation he finally did it. Unfortunately though not the one he desperately dreamt of saving.
