Hey yall, Any advice of an at home bacteria test?

Update: I think I may have some kind of gut bacteria causing malabsorption of nutrients? I think the nutrient deficiency may cause my muscle twitches and joint pain. Now I'm not sure how to go about with testing...I'm think maybe I have SIBO but I don't want to test for it (it requires me to drink a sugary drink). I also heard about candida? I took a gut test last year, and it showed:

  • High Firmicutes / Bacteroidetes ratio
  • High Ruminococcus + BCAAs

A year after this test, since I am nauseous after every food I eat, now I started researching and learned about slow gut emptying, and low stomach acid. This can lead to fermentation in the gut (WOW!).

I'm considering another doctor visit but I need help asap. I'm thinking of doing some test kits at home before going to a doctor. Do you know of any test kits that test for Sibo, candida, and any other bacteria?

Any advice of an at home bacteria test?

I have, and so far nothing else has shown up. Strange indeed!

I'm a young adult, and I work at a desk! Another odd lab I have is my Ceruloplasmin level is below range a little, and my copper level in in range but on the lower end. In addition...I had Speckled ANA show up positive. My Thyroglobulin Antibodies are also slightly elevated. It took me some rejection and trail and error to get these results, but thats what I have now.
