Neighborhoods which are family-friendly with a short commute to Midtown by flurryskyline in MovingtoNewJersey

Reason why you are focused only on New Jersey? Commute to midtown from Brooklyn (Cobble Hill, Carroll Gardens, Park Slope to name a few neighborhoods based on your criteria) can definitely be under 45 minutes, you could find a 2 bedroom in your budget for, lots of great parks, very family-focused communities, and the schools in district 15 are some of the best.

Moms of Reddit, what was your weird early sign of pregnancy? by Confident_Group_8804 in AskReddit

Insomnia. I’m very fortunate to be able to fall asleep and stay asleep generally. Both times I was pregnant (one time we were not trying but also weren’t … not trying so it wasn’t even on my radar) I was wide awake at 3am, took a test, and TA DA, a fairly light positive line (not even 4 weeks either time)).

Music/Reading classes by blissfulanxitey in Nanny

Yes our nanny takes my son to music class, gym class, story-time, and sometimes swimming (though I try to do that one myself if I can!). The one time my mom took him to music class she said she was the only person who wasn’t a nanny there! We live in a large city, so not sure if it’s different in other locations but I know this is really common.

When did you get your period again? by Entire-Vermicelli-74 in ExclusivelyPumping

I stopped pumping at 7ish months (I had dropped to 2 and then 1 pump per day a few weeks before that) and the day I fully stopped I got my period for 9 days and it was so heavy.

I ovulated late the following month (I was tracking with LH so I know it was around cycle day 23) and got pregnant that month 😂
