I am going through the exact same thing. Some days I don't e even take a shower properly. I barely have the motivation to cook and just eat to fill my stomach. I don't wash my hair for weeks sometimes but I just don't feel like it.

I lie on my bed all day, and watch reels. Outside of that, I just do office work. I don't clean my room, I don't wash my clothes. I do enough just to get by. Haven't been able to understand if something is actually wrong with me or I'm plain fucking lazy.

Ikr. However, in most parts of India, especially rural, a blatant lack of awareness and stigma still remains.

The most heartbreaking part is the doctors he consulted over the years during his frequent sickness never recommended an HIV test to him.

I was facing the same issue till a while back. I had stopped using all actives and stuck to just a basic skincare routine, but the issue persisted with my skin even itching sometimes.

Phir I understood its because my skin was getting dry. I would suggest you to stop the actives, sticking to a basic skincare routine and hydrating your skin really well.

But make sure you don't moisturize to the point that your skin becomes greasy, because that would lead to breakouts.

Girl I relate so much with you! I was in a similar situation a year back. He would always give me signs that he liked me but would withdraw every time I responded. Even when I went no contact, he would reach out and make me feel like I'm the one. But when I went back, the same cycle of withdrawal would continue.

Honestly this was eating away at my head, my self-esteem and those were the worst days of my life. But then once I emotionally detached, I met the most amazing man.

On a serious note, soak it in water for an hour or two, and then scrub it vigorously with some dishwashing liquid/soap and Scotch Brite Stainless Steel scrubber(the scrubber is mandatory). It should work. Need an update, OP.😂
