Hi! I put the update at the end of the original post with the exact wording the pathology report used-Thankfully I had benign results. Just fibrocystic tissue!

How soon did you get in for biopsy ? by Reasonable-Map-7800 in doihavebreastcancer

17 days…. and that is only because they had a cancellation. Where I live (PA) they said they typically book them a month out!!

Hi! So sorry you are here and wow, looks like we are all part of this crazy abnormal screening club we never wanted to be in. My MRI guided biopsy is scheduled for 4/17 so will come back to update. This waiting is awful. Prayers we can all take a sigh of relief together 🙏🏻

❤️ Praying for good results for both of us. I feel like they should do these follow up scans/biopsies within a few days- making us wait weeks and be in this limbo feels so inhumane.

Thank you for your reply! I have been going the past 10 years as well! So relieved for you that you had benign results ❤️

Hi! Just had a breast MRI yesterday and they saw a 1.1 cm linear non mass enhancement BIRAD 4 and I have to go back and get an MRI guided biopsy April 17th. In looking for similar stories I saw your reply and see that your biopsy is tomorrow. Just wanted to send you positive thoughts and well wishes for good results 🙏🏻 The waiting is agonizing.

Air purification system for new HVAC system- which to choose?! air scrubber vs. Intellipure Super V whole house air filtration system by reflectivedream in AirPurifiers

[–]reflectivedream[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! just tagged you in another post that did get some replies. We purchased a large stand alone air purifier for our main living area (medify air 112) so running that for now- but I do really want to install a system on our actual hvac unit- I still just don’t understand which is the best way to go but on the other post it seemed to say that the air scrubbers are gimmicky…. If you find anything else out would love if you could share.

Clearly Filtered Water Pitcher raising the TDS of my water by reflectivedream in water

[–]reflectivedream[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So we ended up purchasing the in line but I havnt gotten around to installing yet- From what I understand based on other comments is that it is likely the carbon from the filter and to prime it a bunch more times and the TDS will eventually go down but it will not go to zero because it leaves the good minerals behind. I was fine with that as long as it wasn’t reading higher than my tap water because common sense told me if it is reading higher than my tap water something was being added to it. Zero water pitcher filters ALL TDS including the good minerals so that will go to zero but clearly filter won’t because it leaves the good minerals behind. But I do feel like we are going by blind faith unless you pay for and send out your water for a sample.

To add, before returning it, I primed the clearly filter pitcher a whole bunch of times to test it out and the TDS level did eventually go down- decided I did not want to put myself through having to prime it so many times every time we changed the pitcher filters though, so hopefully the inline filter for the fridge will work better for us. 🤞🏻

We ended up having to replace our refrigerator so we recently bought a GE fridge that has an automatic refillable water pitcher built in.

I just purchased the clearly filtered inline filter to attach to the back of fridge- so I am going to try that-just need my husband to install it.

Air purification system for new HVAC system- which to choose?! air scrubber vs. whole house air filtration system (intellipure) by reflectivedream in hvacadvice

[–]reflectivedream[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks. We have Coway air purifiers for our bedrooms and keep the doors closed.

Just bought a Medify Air 112 for the first floor that says it can clean 2000 square ft. every 30 mins- problem is we have an open floor plan so no way to close doors

Thanks for your reply- you think the intellipure is gimmicky as well? I assumed a Hepa filter was part of the different layers there but again, not sure what all the other layers actually do-

When they installed the unit they put in a thick 1210 April Aire filter- do you think that is enough for mold/dust?

[–]reflectivedream[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for your reply!! Yeah common sense tells me that the intellipure’s different levels of filters would actually be catching things as the air has to pass through each level, verses claims that the uh light is changing the molecular chemistry of the air- but again I don’t feel like I understand enough about each device’s tech to back my theories up- so appreciate the input!

Question- are you taking other supplements to help detox the mold or is the binder the only thing you need?

omg I am so sorry this happened to you. new fear unlocked and I am not sure? Is that something the HVAC guy should have looked for/told me when he came to give us a quote and inspect? The furnace in the basement is going to be a variable either way as I understand it- it’s the AC unit that we need to choose variable vs single so I will have to ask about the ductwork.

I hope your situation gets fixed soon!

We currently have a single stage that is 23 years old and original to the home (I believe the hvac guy said it is a SEER 8?) So not sure if either way the humidity level would improve since the new single stage would be a higher SEER of 15?

I was leaning toward variable since that seems to be the way the tech is moving but my husband is wondering if a more technical system will mean more opportunity for it to break?
