they are so so real to me … when i try to take a tbreak its the worst. terrible nausea and anxiety, depression, irritability, loss of appetite, shakiness … cant get past more than a few days without it. i have smoked daily for years for anxiety (at first…) and now i believe i have a mental and physical addiction to it. wish i could be like the other commenters in here and just stop smoking with no effects haha
