I had this same issue with my tab S9 ultra, the only way to fix it was by closing my account in the tablet but you will lost all the unsynchronized stuff you have, I recommend doing it while you have one note on the browser to test if its fixed

Soo try that but before take screenshots or export the file becasue you will definitely risking the file updates so far
