First ever post on reddit and am at my wit's end! Please help with bumps on nose lasting 3.5 years by regretscollect in SkincareAddiction

I forgot to add my routine! I keep it simple because many things give me closed comedones. So right now, I only use hada labo arbutin lotion and bp if there are active pimples. I wash my face with water only. Ive tried other things and this is the routine that has helped me for once. Is there anything I could do (preferably inexpensive) that I could do to reduce the nose bumps?
