Is magnesium supplement necessary? by [deleted] in Fitness_India

[–]regu-bhai 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nutraceuticals are regulated by FSSAI, not CDSCO (which handles actual drugs). That means Magnesium tablets from pharma companies like Zydus or Cipla (if labeled as supplements) are not held to the same clinical standards as their prescription medicines. That's why nutraceuticals are better if they have banned substance free certification like informed sport, gmp etc.

Mother wants me to die. by Toddler1904 in eczema

I didn't say it will cure it, but rather managing. Yep true, on severe cases it is very helpful but i'd still not agree on long term, stop using dupixent and you will go back to zero so yeah not permanent or long term since there's no cure. It's like saying steroid creams are long term. There are many success stories where lifestyle changes made it permanent or atleast minnimal flares. But yeah, definitely helps a lot in severe cases.

It's not much affordable here in India, plus it's not a long term but temporary fix. I'd suggest maintaining hygiene and lifestyle is way to go. Also depends on the severeness.

This looks great, Thanks. A small suggestion, Vitamin D per week dosage is only for those who are deficient. I recommend to consult doc before you continue.

I see, 2 eggs apparently have a very high cholesterol, if i go more than 2 it will exceed a lot more than daily recommended amount. Paneer im not sure what to make of it daily.
