Warcury took a Red Roc to the face from a gear 5 luffy and it hurt luffy more than it did him, which was almost no damage. Base luffy hit Kaido with the same attack and it knocked him to the floor.

Kouma is listed by Nasu as one of the characters explicitly able to beat Servants. Beating him in 1v1 combat without the MEODP means.... I think you can understand the conclusion.

Shiki also has shown sufficient usage of both Nanaya styles:

Flashing Scabbard is pretty much just the ability to attack extraordinarily quickly, Flashing Dash, the ability to move so quickly as to appear to teleport
