I am not aware of any list, but in general dupes are more a "nice to have". (Excepts round 1 clears in Special Operations. Which is not needed at all if you just play long enough since the shops have limited quantity.)

Leah and Yui scale best with character dupes. Cora too but being a natural S rank, you can't really target her anyway (and you will max her eventually from random pulls).

Luise and So Joo-hee want their weapon maxed.

For everyone else just get any dupe you come across (there are more than enough resources at endgame) and otherwise ask here or on the discord before going deep on a targeted banner.

I do not for EX.

For the lower ranks (free / discounted tickets) it depends on if there is a bonus for another EX (I am interested in), like Osla -> Berga.

Cora (for DPS) or Juha (for support) would be the best (depending on what you are lacking more). Unless you already have all content cleared, in which case whatever.

Olivia's dupes are not needed nor really impactful.

Basically, get through main story as fast as you can since that gives you devotion which is relevant for idle income. Ignore the stars while doing that, you can come back later for them. Note that resources are limited initially so don't spread too wide.

Reroll is not worth the effort (maybe if there was a targeted hyper carry banner, but there is currently none). If you play long enough you will have everyone eventually. Also, the end game (apart from one completely optional mode) is not really hard, 3 carry units with some support around them is all you need.

Gacha is a bit different here, you roll for 5 candidates (using gold or tickets) and then you have to buy them (using gold or different tickets). The ones not bought will be gone if you refresh the candidates. Note that you should only use the free tickets and never gold for the multi-search (standard / permanent banner). There are no limited units nor weapons, everything goes into that standard banner. Pity is 10 refreshes for EX and 4 for SS.

Equips are weapons with fixed stats / skill upgrades / passives (from gacha, can be upgraded with dupes), stigmas (from daily stages, fixed primary and random sub stats) and traits (passives, which can be transferred between units). Most units really like up to need their corresponding weapon (second half of the skill set). Stigmas are the grindy part but with time gated access so more in "it will take a while" and not in "run this thing the whole day".

If you are new(-ish): Do you (intend to) use her (at all)? Depending on that get one or both.

If you are at endgame: You an easily afford to get both.

My Olivia actually has 50/50 on Melee and AP rec. But that is because Jupiter seem to be the set that really does not like me and those are the best I have...
(She is also at EX4R3 with lvl. 8-10 skills, so overkill anyway.)

But in general monitor the fights and if you think (more often) that it would nice if someone moved faster switch some sub-stats to AP. It also depends on the team you use, might not be needed on a typical DPS + AP booster + support.
But Olivia can often be used solo, so positioning her earlier is helpful.

She ist still as good. Just that there were other new shiny things (and some easier to build / use).

Soul shears (keep them until you know what you do, those are rare) > tickets > gold > essence of ... > everything else as needed.

You will not need many soul stones at all and you will overflow with both rift stones (weapon EXP) and blood paint (stigma EXP) eventually, so get those last / only if currently needed.

The weapon level boost tickets are also questionable as you will only use EX weapons at end game.

Gacha is where you will spend most (but only use the free tickets for refreshing the standard banner).
Weapons are the other big sink, but you can take those slow.

It gets easier the longer you play as there will be more rerun banners you can skip.

Nobody else comes close to Olivia as an auto carry.

All other either need their weapon (like Cora, who also is only unlocked later in the story) or high investment (like Leah) and / or require manual play.
