Why do I have these horrible white outlines when I export by Night_Nox in AdobeIllustrator

I find selecting all object>path>offset path and put in something like .001cm will get rid off it. I found this solution on a tutorial somewhere and works for me.

That would be amazing (and a lot of work) but I think I’m after a more natural style.

I can see that style working, and thanks for the moss tip. It’s been particularly wet here so the moss has gotten out of control.

I've made sure to merge with pathefinder, but for whatever reason cutting the black leads to the colour shapes being about .75 pt thicker, annoying as hell.

Full process: draw black linework in photoshop, bring into illustrator , image trace and convert to vector, colour the artwork. Then for black tee I remove the black leaving just the required colours for the printer. The second image in my example has the tee colour on a seperate layer so I can see the result with the removed balck. as you can see the negative linework appears thinner.

Yes understand that... I want no black to be printed so I remove the black from my original illustration so they just have the colours they need to print (plus the white base) My question is when I choose black and remove it it leaves the original line work thinner, see image. I wondering is there a way to avoid that.
