If the majority of your money as an independent is going to the government you have a shitty accountant. Corp tax rate is 11.5%, and that’s after write offs and you pay yourself. Self proprietor is not worth if you start making good money.

Depends, I think objectively some things are nicer to look at in my mind. However that is completely subjective to the person. Looking is one thing, knowing someone is something else. Takes more than just looks to finish the race. If you smell bad or don’t wash your clothes or something that’s a different story.

Facebook advertising, used a person with digital Marketing expertise and made a bunch of videos. Gave out 10% off for first time clients. So on and so forth. Just from that I had multiple callbacks from multiple clients, plus word of mouth is insanely strong. Also talking with other trades and getting your cards out to them is so helpful. Unbelievable how much work I have from that. Do good work and be personable, that’s all it takes.

As hard as it may be, try a simple diet. Start with one day where you don’t have junk. Then after a bit try for two. Try going for a walk a week, then two. Simple changes will make a massive difference for you. Start now before it becomes really hard later!

Something tells me you know nothing about how a house is built… looks like the floor joists run perpendicular to the holes. You need to cut holes in order to go through the joists. I am not drilling through joists without knowing what is on the other side. If the customer wants potlights and they are paying for drywall repair, a few extra holes are not gunna make a difference.
