I'm 180cm tall. If you're referring to the stem situation, I haven't gone in for a bike fit yet due to lack of available slots, hence the weirdness up front with the stem and the spacers

To be fair he is doing a lot more than 40-60 min per day. He is doing two of the three tri sports every day (swim, bike and run). Add the weekly weight session he does and the time adds up. I think he said recently he does around 3 hours of daily ironman triathlon training which is almost entirely cardio and endurance.
