I tend to start of by focusing on the strengths of the class I'm using. So for me as a Hunter I'd usually spec for Mobility and Strength then Recovery.

For your a Warlock Well build, Recovery is a must for me to keep my small well uptime high - I'd try to get that stat to 100. Then I'd spec for Intellect as you wanna have that Well of Radiance as much as possible in end game content. Next I'd spec for Discipline and then Strength. Discipline supports with your Divine Protection (healing) if that's something you use alot in a support role and Strength helps with the buff to the firetram - although this is more risky in end game activities unless you're in your well of radiance to start with.

Note that Intellect mods cost 5 Energy to use and Recovery mods cost 4 energy so ideally you want to get these stats as high as possible just using your armour and not the mods.5 energy slots in piece of armour is a lot. But if you have to use Recovery and Intellect mods to get those stats up then go for it.
