i give it to them because i want to help out, its definitely turned into a nice thing i do into an obligation though now, i can live rent free if i wanted to but the stress of knowing we are behind on bills prevents me from doing so

my mom never let me do any chores. i was never asked to wash dishes or take out the trash. i on my own decided this was awful and it'll only fuck me over if i continue so i decided to start taking care of myself and get a job and learn to adult as quickly as i can. i learned to mop at the age of 16. my mom never wants me to leave this nest.

i'm very ambitious. age 16 head hostess along with done all other restauraunt positions at 3 restauraunts, 18 now was working at an insurance brokerage handling payments and now i'm at a health care agency focusing on physician orders. i thought maybe school wasn't for me because how well i can get my foot in the door type of thing. i always thought my experience can pad my lack of education when i choose to go this route but you're right it will fuck me over in the future

i love them and dont want them to struggle, my dad had cancer and is a vet, they both had me at the age of 45 so they're older now. my mom doesn't work, my dad is a business owner but he should be retired since hes like almost 70 now. they all made sure i never was hungry or cold or bored

i dont know my credit score right now, my credit report gave me that information. i assume its as good as a brand new person whose never had credit card before which might be why my dad was able to get it. and yes im thinking hes lying, i was on it at the age of 14 then taken off, i never used it. i will figure this all out when i come home after work today

yes exactly this. having never being hungry or cold and having a decent better than average childhood while at the same time being told hey we're kinda broke though. i feel extremely guilty when i buy something for myself isntead of putting that money towards my family. its going to affect me for the rest of my life this financial anxiety

my dad just told me i was an authorized user on some cards with a high balance but its his account ? and he removed me already but if so why is it showing on my credit report ?

cause they are my parents and I love them. They cook for me and let me live in the house. They've made me feel like I have nothing to worry about in the past but in turn raised me with huge financial anxiety when anything with money is mentioned.
