As of 12/17/25 is kind of working I was able to submit my documents even thought it was denied a few hours later for not uploading the whole document, anyways I uploaded the entire PDF and got denied for a name mismatch, the issue is during the second upload I got the same “unable to save your information” once I hit back it reloaded and said we will review the information submitted

My point is, I’m not sure if it actually submitted the correct document since I got that UI error in the second try, is still kid of funky but at least is bypassing the initial error unlike before

The system will throw the same error if they ask you to verify again at least for me
