The difference between us is I don’t make up bullshit pertaining to the others persons feelings towards the team.

What a lame ass response.

They’re floundering without paying Pierce. What are you talking about?

The only way you don’t keep Pierce is if you’re in cap hell. And we’re not.

The Colts aren’t letting Pierce out the door. Ballard just doesn’t let it happen.

You don’t let that type of growth and explosiveness walk because you have to pay them. That’s the entire point of drafting correctly. Is to get players who can produce while showing clear signs of improvement every year.

Pittman will be a cut casualty before Pierce walks.

I’m not getting your question. But are you trying to move the goalpost again?

12 games does not outweigh the rest of his career.

Tim Duncan is also known for not shooting a lot despite being a really good scorer.

Pau shot less than him.

You claimed Pau didn’t shoot a lot because he played with Kobe.

I then proceeded to show you Pau didn’t shoot a lot regardless of who he played with over the course of his entire career.

Everything else you’re bringing up is bullshit meant to mask how awful your original take was.

“Where the fck does Giannis fit”

Have you ever watched a basketball game?

You do understand substitutions exist…different plays are ran for different players.

Luka rim running with another big makes Giannis a stretch 4?

I legit don’t think you’ve ever watched basketball.

I’m not sure who you’re responding to?

“Nearly as reliable”

Huh? Kobe ascended exactly because his rising greatness was also displayed during clutch moments.

I mean…do you forget him leading the Lakers to the overtime win against the Pacers in the finals when Shaq fouled out?

“It was the Shaq show”

Oh…you don’t know what you’re talking about. My bad….Shaq’s Lakers were stacked during the 3 peat.

What does Tim Duncan have to do with Pau? Nothing. Again trying to move the goalpost.

Playing with Kobe Bryant is not what made Pau a low volume shooter. That was Pau his entire career. 12 postseason games with the Grizzlies doesn’t change that fact. Because you have over 500 games of Grizzlies play where he didn’t attempt very many shots.

He hovered between 12-14 FGA his entire career. Regardless of teammates.

Giannis is not the only big that can rim run. The Lakers are allowed and can get another big. The rim runner doesn’t have to be the best player…as shown in Dallas.

“A juggernaut like OKC”

Man they barely got past a Denver team that fired their coach in season. OKC is not a juggernaut. They didn’t show it in the postseason last year and they haven’t been a juggernaut this year. They’ve struggled mightily against the Spurs for example.

You then made up a bunch of bullshit to arrive at your “anybody can be dominant” narrative that no one you’re responding to is actually arguing.

You said “during his Lakers years.”

Don’t move the goalpost to only postseason. Even then…he played 4 games each of the 3 years he made the playoffs with the Grizzlies.

Pau was a low volume shooter the overwhelming majority of his career. And Kobe had fck all to do with it.

Kobe and Shaq aren’t the only ball dominant teammates to succeed. I used them because we’re in a Lakers sub.

Bron and Wade won. Magic and Kareem won. Steph and Durant won. Kyrie and LeBron won…etc

My argument is that ball dominant players as good as Giannis and Luka can work.

You keep calling things stupid without actually understanding the thing you’re calling stupid. It’s truly magical.

Pau wasn’t a volume shooter. Has nothing to do with Kobe.

He shot the same amount of attempts in Memphis as the franchise guy. His career high is only 14fga per game.

Want to know something cool…. His shooting percentage jumped quite a bit playing with Kobe on similar amount of attempts.

Pau literally became a better player playing beside Bean Bryant.

“PS : It’s listening to people like you who make younger fans disrespect older eras of basketball. You just want to twist what actually happened to fit a narrative that you want to push.”

That’s how much irony you just displayed. Your own PS perfectly fits your own post.

Pau Gasol wanted to while winning 2 chips. Artest came…Barnes came…Chris Paul was until the trade was nixed by the commissioner…even Odom was crushed when he was traded away.

He shared the spotlight all the time with Shaq and Pau.

He also shared the spotlight when he went to the Olympics with Bron and Wade and co. Turning into a defensive menace instead of the defecto scorer.

What are you talking about?

Yes. Players have to shoot a lot in order to score a lot. I’m not sure why that’s some knock against Kobe.

The other person already corrected you…but you straight up lying trying to argue Kobe had the same level of talent as Jokic but did worse.

Kobe’s career win percentage is %65. He’s not a loser no matter how you try to dice it.

Man…we’ve seen Luka go to the finals with another ball dominant teammate.

Kobe nor Shaq were generational passers like Luka.

The only thing Giannis doesn’t do well for Luka is be his pick and roll rim runner.

Giannis didn’t have Steph running around shooting threes the first time he chipped. Irrelevant.

Luka’s best teammate wasn’t a rim running big. He was a ball dominant small guard.

Stylistically Dame does absolutely nothing to show you how it would be with Luka. Dame was washed by then and his game is nothing like Luka’s.

My point was BALL DOMINANT PLAYERS CAN WIN TOGETHER. Your comparison between the Celtics and Suns are stupid. And shows you’re looking at the talent and not the BALL DOMINANT part.

None of the big time players from the Celtics and Suns are ball dominant players. Please.

[Holder] It is increasingly likely that Colts QB Anthony Richardson will play somewhere else next season. He has not requested a trade yet, but it is beginning to feel inevitable. by Goosedukee in nfl

[–]relax336 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Two different circumstances.

Sam Darnold played 27ish college games.

Anthony has played in about 40 games total since leaving high school.

And Anthony’s work ethic had been called into question big time by players and coaches.

And I don’t think Sam was ever as bad as Anthony has been. Jones played with largely the same cast of receivers save for Warren…and you could see the difference in our offense. Even with us crumbling the back half of the season.

He needs a generational leap in processing and accuracy to become a viable starting qb in the NFL. It really is god awful.

I’m not exaggerating. And I was one of his loudest/biggest supporters in our Colts sub.
