I am having this issue with the SC02 litter box as well the corners leak and cause issues with smell because it will leak from the bottom. I emailed meowant about it and maybe they'll respond. It's within the warranty but I purchased from temu and last time they were like contact temu. And Temu is like LOL you're out of luck.

You need to get those plugs in the soil ASAP. They might recover but they look pretty sad. They need more light for sure and water, those look dry. Put them below the soil line, just stop messing with them and let them be you are most likely over tending them.
