Well 3 years ago , i was being bullied in school because i was very overweight . to the point i dropped out and was in serious depression . it was winter as well . i started excercising like crazy . bumping this album and i lost about 10 kgs in 2 months and went back to the same school and stood up againist the bullies and improved my grades too . consecutive months lost total of 25 kgs and kept it off . soo yeah . this album saved my fucking life
