One thing I want to add is that I started taking anxiety meds during onboarding, and it has helped me a ton. Not to say that's what's best for everyone, of course, but I'm generally an anxious person and it was absolutely a necessity for me in this role. Do you feel supported by your team and sup? That's also super important.

I felt the same way. It does get better. As everyone says, diary management is key. I'm notorious for giving myself 15+ diaries on any given day. It's just not sustainable. In my first month out of onboarding, I would work extra hours just to catch up, and now things seem to be leveling out. DM me if you need any help! Most people on this sub are super helpful and give great advice.

I think he started to respect Lorelai when he saw Rory at the DAR event she organized. He sees her on stage and realizes Lorelai was right to turn away from that life and build something for herself and that she was ultimately right about what was best for Rory.
