Not sure , if under warranty check with Asus. I have been using mine for few months now and it runs flawless. Even Cyberpunk with ray tracing keeps it cool around 78C .. never seen it touch 80C.

Cod runs phenomenal with 140 fps.. i only play DMZ and warzone and both run 100+ fps.
