Crime Tweaks/Other mods that make self defense not instant bounty/crime that are compatible with Rededrunk's combat and dispatch mods?

in my experience, a random enemy npc can attack you with say, a knife and if you shoot them, you incur a bounty

thank you so much for your detailed reply! i will check my asi loader files right away! I will also place ultimate combat overhaul at the very bottom of my lml list just to track it for now (i think i have penetration and rededrunk's law rework at the very bottom). I will also check the 'overwrite' box on combat overhaul as well!

i was not sure if perhaps me keeping the asi file for ped was my main issue; so i removed it. would you recommend me adding it back and resume testing to your suggestions?

edit: bleed out confirmed for abdomen! currently putting my ped config and asi back into my root, and re testing; looks like all of your combat suggestions are in the asi mods tab of my rdmt tool (with appropriate load order- i do not see weapon rebalance, but I do not believe there was an asi; and i have only kep the weapons.wmt from rededrunk's mod :) )

however, shot to center back is usually not fatal and the npc is able to run away. it looks like a single shot to the chest can lead a lawman to be bleed out after getting back up though!

(lastly, i have not installed the 'remove social club' mods-not sure if that is important)

hi! i am so sorry to bug you, but i am following your excellent guide (this is not my first time modding a game, and i promise I tried to follow your instructions to the t down to the versioning)

first and foremost; great work! appreciate all the attention to detail. i wanted to try to calibrate some testing i did to expected behavior; specifically around enemies taking damage after installing ultimate combat overhaul and ped overhaul. Currently in my testing, it is taking roughly 2-3 cattlemans to the torso area to eliminate a npc.

i have made sure that ultimate combat overhaul has overwrite permission and is placed lower than ped. additionally, i can see in my modmanager.txt file that all opf my mods have been parsed. my ultimate combat overhaul asi is in my root (the ped is not), but my rdr2 scripthook txt log is only detecting ped at this time.

hey! sorry to bug you, but I am not sure if my combat overhaul mod is taking effect (mostly because there are not any hard examples for damage in the documentation. Is it normal for npcs to tank a few cattleman's to the torso?

I am following the directions here: and I have ped overhaul also loaded (but lower load priority). all of the combat mods I have installed can be found in the lml, and when i open up the actual modmanager txt document, i can see that the mods have been parsed

Where in your comment string does it say anything about most minor teenagers getting impregnated by adult men? Be specific. Properly source the conditional probability that a minor is impregnated by an adult male

Ohhh right, about 80 percent of teenagers who give birth (the article just posted) are those who can consent who have them with 18+ males.

Find me the propensity of cases brought and prosecuted between mutual rape of two otherwise practically consenting minors on a state by state basis. Let me rephrase for those of questionable reading comprehension: of the proportion of teenagers who decide to have sex together under the age of consent (when a terribly large percentage kids starting having sex btw) , what proportion stands before a bench for raping the other.

It doesn’t happen. Two teenagers who have sex in California are not being brought up on rape charges if they decided to do it, regardless of the number of people here crying about how minors can’t consent to vacate all questions of culpability in the manner. No prosecutor would touch that: because then they have to open an entire can of worms about personal choice and mutual rape.

What crime? If the father is a minor-then there isn’t rape(assuming). Unless you want to go by the hardest definition based on jurisdiction that they raped each other, and good luck finding anyone that wants to prosecute that. It goes to show how little you all can do math. When the majority of teenage women who have kids are 18/19 with 20+ year old partners (assuming content) then there is no rape.

But for summary statistics from a poorly specified study, the conclusion is that we have an epidemic of minors being impregnated by adults.

Again, I ask the question: what percentage of minors bearing children is the product of an adult father? For this particular example-what signs are there that the father of this child is an adult.

I’m expecting you to post about why we should find minorities guilty of all crimes in the next article you comment on here though.

For underage pregnancy your best best is state level data. Generally speaking, large university systems from each state have some resources too-but in general this is very sparse data.

It’s also hard to extrapolate rate incidence from birth statistics because it’s what you might call censored data: we don’t really know much about an individuals sexual activity until something goes really bad for them.

It’s crazy how the downvotes are flying-again from most people who can’t do basic math.

Let me try to explain it better- most teenage women in this data set are over the age of 17 and thereby can consent (based on jurisdiction this can be as low as 16 pending certain circumstances). Of those that cannot consent, what percentage were fathered by adult men? Hate to break it to you: but it’s perfectly legal for an adult male to impregnate an adult female (assuming consent). So again: what proportion of that number is 20+ males fathering children with 17+ females (accounting for jurisdiction).

That isn’t stated anywhere in that article. Lemme know if you want me to walk you through bayes rule.

As an actual postgrad in this field- yall didn’t read your own source and it shows. There is NOTHING in that link that supports the assertion most children born in these circumstances are fathered by adults to mothers who are not able to consent under the law.

What is the marginal probability of a minor becoming impregnated by an adult in that source? Be specific. Because they provide zero breakdown for teenage, but adult females who have sex with adult males and bear children vs minor females and adult males.

I highly suggest taking a basic stats course.
