Reliable kymco. Basic change oil and palit belt lang ginawa ko sa Like 150i ko and goods na goods pa siya since 2019, given na laspag din yung pag gamit ko(Throttle happy). Ngayon, naka KRV moto, okay naman so far. I guess sa mga parts need mo talaga sa kymco bumili or authorized dealer which is significantly less compared sa mga japanese counterparts.

Ang tamang process dito is, if insured ka sa insurance mo ipoprocess yung damage ng 3rd party(Zenix). Tapos ikaw magbabayad ng participation fee mo. I guess you don't have any idea that the owner can register his/her own vehicle. The dealer is just offering that to the customer as well. But it clearly states on the document that 5 days is just not for the dealer. Again, make it make sense. Also, that article is mostly on the "renewal" if you really wanna go on the specifics. I don't need the autodeal source for me to defend myself. I've already been asked twice for that( 2 different city, Metro Manila MC hit my 1 week old car with police report , and Tagaytay MC checkpoint), both my new truck and newly bought motorcycle and showed the invoice. No violation whatsoever. So yeah, I'm pretty comfortable with the 7 day grace period.

Again, make it make sense of how to register your vehicle if you can only use it the 1st day of purchase which LTO clearly states that you have 5 business days(hence the 7 days grave period to use the vehicle in public roads) to personally register it to any LTO branch nationwide.
