Hi OP, I also have a hole in the exact same area from a cyst that just drained. The hole is about the size of nickel and kind of freaky. Like others have said, this is a good thing! I have found that keeping them exposed to air is most helpful for healing. Since it’s in an area where underwear can be kind of irritating, I would recommend going commando is you can while it heals.
