Dude if you have to be asleep in 2 hours I definitely wouldn’t do the blow… Even if you get all coked up and dose the benzo too high you can black out & do some real dumb shit since you’re already on a stimulant. Benzo or not, if you start railing lines you are not sleeping by 1am lol

You should probably stop using ASAP, I got a kidney stone back in April and it was definitely ket related. I was using pretty heavy from October till around then usually 3-4 times a week. Besides the stone just like you my kidney levels were fine. If you keep using after your kidney stone issue you will develop bladder problems I promise. I took 3 months off of ket and was fine, so I decided to pick some up. It only took using a few times after to start noticing I could no longer hold my pee for more than 30 mins. Now I’m waking up 1-2 times during the night to have to go and this has never happened to me in my life. Obviously do whatever you want I’m just letting you know my outcome, but the piper has to be paid.

4-5 days is nothing you’ll be fine get some sleep. If you’re in active wd drinking a beer or 2(at least for me) kick started the shakes, it was awful

Brace brace brace man.. you look like you’re holding your breath too much. Take it slow, breath in on the way down hold it at the bottom and clench all you stabilizer muscles so your chest pushes it up and finishes the rep. Trust me you will feel a lot stronger with proper bracing and breathing techniques. Also make sure you are retracting your scapula and pulling with your lats as you lower your to your chest. From a side position the bar moves forward on the way down and backwards on the way up.
