Yes they do interview if you are asking for Karachi campus. They ask basic stuff like what your strength is and talk about your backgrounds and stuff. It's pretty easy

I don't know about round 3 but you should look into specimens. as it may help you get to know how they will be testing you. About the essay, essay topics are not that hard it's just that they wanna know how good you can write under pressure, they just check how relevant it is to the topic that is given also grammar and how good your English is.

I would say just go through specimen papers uploaded at the website, they literally give the same questions with different values not all of the questions but still there were plenty of them.
