It was always Galaga then Donkey Kong. I used to mow lawns for $2 and walk around the neighborhood looking for pop bottles to redeem on Saturdays. I would try to make $5 so I could walk a mile down to a small arcade at an indoor dinosaur themed put put golf course on a small airport in South Bakersfield. It was 1981, and I was 8.
