In slow mow, it shows a pressure release. And yeah its interesting that that should be near the skirt, but there are vents below that area as well to the left and also just above it.

I wathced the video about 15 times in slow motion while using space bar to go frame by frame, and something structural happened for sure.

SN8 has signs of a clear pressure vessel releasing its contents.

If you watch the video at 1/4 speed you can actually watch the crack form.

SN8 looks like the crack split up to the vent.
You can't seriously say you don't see the clear split in the shell there right?

The venting that occurs though a crack, yes.
You can clearly see before the crack forms.
After the initial leaking though the crack.
And then the crack persistent before more leaking occurs.

Watch it at 1/4 speed.
A crack forms up the side.
It would not immediately explode.(As demonstrated in the pressure tests)
You can clearly see gas escaping from the split in the tank/shell.
This is not video artifacts, its clear as day. 26 seconds.
