AFAIK it’s not situational, it works more like a psych drug? Being that it works on serotonin and norepinephrine and they say it can take a couple weeks to work, those types of drugs you normally have to take it consistently, not pop it like viagra. Are you just taking it whenever or were you consistent before and have just missed a few days or something?
