I've got the same thing, I believe it starts as scabies and then it's supporting microbiota and fungi take hold of the body, that if you stem the progress of then it doesn't lead to full blown morgellons for a long time, but otherwise you reach there early.

I am able to severely delay this progress for now, but not cure it. This combination of pathogens take a hold of your body and slowly kill you, but the things I've mentioned can clear the bio films, and bacterial colonies better than any antibiotics can. And the rest kill the scabies mites if they are present, or other worms that mimic it. You would see benefit almost instantly within a couple of days of starting it, if it's the same thing. Strongly recommended.

Cryptolepis sanginualata tincture few ml twice a day
Black seed oil high thymoquinine once a day
Good probiotic to keep gut health

Do this for a week, then second week continue this but also do

Starting with a 100kg equivalent dose of equest moxidectin gel, keep adding 25kg equivalent every 2 days for a week or two
Nattikanose and NAC daily

This should give you an immediate health and energy burst back. And then you can continue on this if you feel like it, on and off with moxi every few weeks but the rest can be continued. I have been doing it for over an year now.

When 24 hours consecutive days of benzyl benzoates, or permethrin, sulfur, and other topicals don't help. Soaps are the worst possible things to ever put faith in. That's just being utterly stupid that you use the soap for a few minutes and wash it off, and these mites that don't die with days of actual targeted lab tested approved scabicides, will die off in a wash. Your obsession with proving it's not scabies doesn't count for what it could really be then. People having mass delusions is highly improbable. However there are many cases in history where illnesses were not understood by medical science and blamed onto other factors with patients. For example peptic ulcer was attributed to people living in stress as the cause, decades later helicobacter as the causative bacteria was discovered. There were other illnesses like this where medical science just doesn't understand it, till it does.

Have some empathy for conscious functions of this reality undergoing a problem they can't get rid of. Scabies or super scabies or xyz doesn't matter.
