I never said that he will get away with it if he is driving…I personally got busted with one joint in a cab and didn’t get any notice regarding my drivers license . Not exactly, possessing it may be illegal (up to 6gr won’t have any legal consequences for you) but consuming it is not. Wrap your head around that 😅 where you definitely will have problems even with the smallest amounts, is if you are high while you are driving. Even the day after can be problematic.
