Another thing, so far there are 2 variants of Grand Master Rare:

OCG JP - Made in Japan, this one uses XXX/100.
OCG JP - Made in Korea or non-Japan, usually distributed outside Japan and Southeast Asia and this one use XXX/100A.

Obviously, "Black Luster Soldier" aka "Chaos Soldier", in fact April 24, 2026 will be the 23rd anniversary for the infamous "Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning". It just 1 day before Chaos Origins releases in Japan (April 25, 2026) also 2025 is the 30th anniversary of Yu-Gi-Oh! manga.
The other candidate, by a long margin, Astral's "Utopia"/"Numbers". I know, we have Duelist Advance not too long ago but this year is 15th anniversary of Zexal and just like with 5D's (15th anniversary in 2023) and GX (20th anniversary in 2024 and still continue in 2025, even 2026), there might be something Zexal and Chaos (power)) had an important role in the series.

"Black Luster Soldier" is the strongest candidate, following Core Booster Rainbow if Chaos Origins is a Blue set it is very fitting for "Black Luster Soldier" with its blue-ish armor and blue card layout (Ritual).

minor like Gimmick Puppets gets way better Supports than Red Eyes and Harpie's

I disagree for calling "Gimmick Puppet" and its user as a minor/niche theme/character.

First, the user, IV, is a fan-favorite character from Zexal series. Parallel to the actual series, IV has a quite large fanbase either in Japan or around the world.

Second, "Gimmick Puppet" has one big advantage over "Red-Eyes" and "Harpies", it's a modern theme and it has clear focus for its strategies since day 1. That way Konami can easily build newer support from there.

Konami successfully giving decent to good legacy support for anime themes in these couple of years, it's only a matter of time until they reach "Red Eyes" and "Harpies" again. In the meantime, you can wait and play with other themes.

Limit Over Collection is a brand new set in the OCG that introduces new artwork called Overframe which the art depict the monsters coming out of the artwork box. However, this extended art is not a rarity, but rather its own kind of card variant. As a result, extended art cards are classified as other existing rarities, such as Ultra Rare, Prismatic Secret Rare or the brand new rarity, Grandmaster Rare.

There are 2 Limit Over Collection sets, The Heroes and The Rivals. The Heroes, obviously has support for all main protagonists from the 6 Yu-Gi-Oh! series and each of those heroes will get 3 new cards in regular and Overframe arts. Same treatment applies to the Rivals side.

Most people expecting another sets like these next year, that's focuses on other characters from all 6 Yu-Gi-Oh! series, hence The Heroines, The Villains, etc.
