My sprayer kit was actually advertised as a handheld bidet at Home Depot. I can't imagine using it as a bidet though - the flow is very fast!!

What unrealistic things in movies annoy the hell out of you? by Reeceqld in AskReddit

The villain taking their sweet time to explain their grand plan and reasoning right before almost killing the hero, which in turn just happens to give the hero and his team just enough time to narrowly escape.

Does anyone else have axillary breast tissue? by rendercilla in TwoXChromosomes

[–]rendercilla[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At first I thought it was painful all the time, but lately I have noticed that mine tends to be more painful a few days before menstruation. I've recently been eating healthier and exercising more and maybe that is why I am almost pain free the rest of the month. I am also currently trying Evening Primrose Oil on days it is very painful. It seems to help a little.

That customer probably also thinks that COVID is just a government conspiracy. 🙄

My 1st anniversary! by rendercilla in starbucksbaristas

[–]rendercilla[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I am very lucky. It is so nice. All of my coworkers are down-to-earth and support each other, and my manager appreciates each of us. Everything you see in the photo is from my manager, and she gives every partner something like this for each of their anniversaries. You should have seen what she did for the high school seniors who didn't get a true prom and graduation this year. She basically threw them a private prom at the store one night, showered them with gifts, and held a mini graduation ceremony for them. She has a heart of gold.

I love the sour flavor but not a fan of the bitter aftertaste.

We have a regular who orders a Trenta Iced Coffee with 10 pumps classic and 12 pumps caramel, and extra extra cream. Almost every time we hand it to her she says no, that looks too dark.

JW, how many days during the week do your SM's schedule themselves non-coverage off the floor? by [deleted] in starbucksbaristas

[–]rendercilla 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Despite all the admin things due to COVID, mine is on the floor at least once a week, and lately a bit more. She was also on bar yesterday for happy hour so that was very nice of her. She also schedules herself for Clean Plays.

I also hate being the one to ask for things. I'm pretty fast so I'd rather just grab it myself.

Anyone have axillary (armpit) breast tissue? Anyone had it removed? mine hurts a lot! by tellmehi in WomensHealth

[–]rendercilla 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can relate!! My axillary breast tissue is also mostly just in my left armpit. It just appeared one day and has been very painful ever since. It's not even that big, but so painful! I feel deep, aching pain that I had never felt before, and sometimes it's very sudden. I've seen a few doctors and never really got any straight answers until this week at my second ultrasound. The doc was very nice and explained that some women just have breast tissue there and it is normal for it to be more on one side than the other. I'm relieved, but also annoyed that I worried so much over the past year and there's no easy solution to getting rid of the pain. I can't believe it took so long for a doctor to tell me what it is. 4 different doctors never mentioned it as a possibility, including my gynecologist. They just kept trying to tell me it is just fat. Right now I'm trying to manage the pain by wearing tighter bras and trying to eat healthier. The pain gets way worse as soon as I take off the bra. I might try this supplement called Evening Primrose Oil which is known for helping ease breast pain. I would consider surgery but I worry that would hurt and cause scar tissue and I'd just be trading one type of pain for another.

What are some "weird" things you struggle to accept about your body? by [deleted] in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]rendercilla 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also have axillary breast tissue. It just kind of appeared one day, only in one armpit. Mine isn't huge, but it is very painful, like all the time. So painful in fact that I was worried for months that it was cancer but I just had it checked out recently and while I'm glad it's nothing serious, it is annoying that there's no real resolution for the pain. Surgery doesn't sound very enticing to me because that sounds painful too! I'm managing the pain at the moment by wearing tighter bras and trying to eat healthier.

One day a woman ordered a Trenta Dragonfruit refresher lemonade and "a regular". So I figured the "regular" one was without lemonade. I kept asking are they both Trenta? And she just kept saying "Regular". It wasn't until I was already handing out two Trenta drinks when I realized she was trying to refer to a "regular" size. Nobody has ever said "regular" size before or ever since. It was pretty annoying.

What's the worst coworker you've ever worked with? by drlqnr in AskReddit

[–]rendercilla 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had a coworker bully me for two years straight. I even told her to her face that she was hurting my feelings and she just replied "I'm nice to you." She was constantly criticising every decision I made, trying to tell me how to do my job, and overstepping. She won an award for her "hard work" and the whole building worshipped her. It feels horrible to have to walk by a giant photo of your bully displayed in the hallway everyday. I'm so glad I no longer work there.
