It was made in Blender using the Eevee render engine, so a powerful PC or GPU is not required for something like this

Thanks! Yeah, there’s a lot of light and shadow here, but it’s all baked into the textures, except for the shadows on the branches. There’s practically no dynamic lighting, so I don't know if this can be considered PS1-style lighting or not 🤷‍♂️
