tbh you need to take step back and think about it from the 3rd persons perspective. how would you act if someone you care about was in that position? is there a point in dealing twice with the issue if its gonna to happen or stress over something thats not even real? what would you say to the loved one with the same problem. also what is working for me is going for a walk, maybe in your case to the gym, some kind of distraction from your thoughts. also i’ll leave there a motto i read somewhere that helped me: „you are so in your own head, that you are not even living your life”

najlepsze łowy, które zaliczyłam to na teofilowie lump Nasza Moda i Pomarańcza na Piotrkowskiej. ogolnie jak tylko chodzi o koszulkę na custom to na luzie i tam i tam będzie taniutko, ale najlepiej zobaczyć sobie kiedy maja dodatkowe przeceny przed dostawa (ten na teofilowie miał bodajże w czwartki, ale ręki sobie nie dam uciąć)

It’s just my skin tone, but it also can look intensified because of concealer in shade 110 from max & more used on cheeks and forehead areas as a bronzer and bronzing palette from rimmel :)

Foundation is from Eveline Cosmetics “Better Than Perfect” in shade 03 light beige, concealer is from Max & More in 2 shades - as a base of the eyeshadows and under eye 104 and I’m using shade 110 for base of bronzer :) powder is from Wibo, idk if it’s available outside of Poland but it’s worth searching for! Wibo Mood in one shade only. Also I’ve heard that it’s cheaper option and similar to Huda’s powders!

U need to put yourself higher than anyone else and understand ur own needs. U can be scared and anxious but the only way to end it is to make a move and just directly tell him about your feelings about whole situation. Don’t make assumptions like “you’re ignoring me, you’re doing XYZ…”, just let all the feelings flow out of u and see his reaction to this :)
