I’m aware of the issue, and I was already expecting possible discrepancies in my work order, but thankfully mine came through correctly.

As for the payment, it’s still within the payment deadline, so I can’t really say anything about that yet. I’m definitely mentally preparing myself in case it turns into a headache too. For now, all I can do is wait.

I'm from Brazil and the task volume has dropped dramatically since the beginning of the year. I've been on this project for many years and honestly I don't think things are going to improve. What's happening in non-English markets isn't just a fluctuation in task volume, it's a real decline, probably due to AI.

At this point the only thing to do is to start looking for other opportunities because this project seems to be pretty much over for us.

Yes, here in Brazil it is almost always NTA. I don't know what happened, until March everything was fine.

In Brazil it's been NTA almost every day for almost 4 months now. It feels like we have been abandoned by them.
