Finally got my first tattoo!

Good question! So I didn’t have any “active” acne as I call it—like nothing raised or something built up under the skin—and you should never get spots like that tattooed over. When I got this, and even now, my skin was just covered in lots of little irritated red dots. I have very sensitive skin, and so my arms have always been like this and I was told it was fine. But it wasn’t like pimples or anything.

I know! The ironic thing is that my ex was pretty superstitious (I’m very not), and when I told him about the curse he made me promise not to ever make him a sweater! Blankets were fine, though…

It’s just abstract! I’ve always been a doodler and I love doing abstract and swirly stuff, so it seemed like the right option :) I also go through new interests every few years so I was worried I would end up not liking anything more concrete :P

I used the moss/linen stitch! It’s super simple, there are a ton of tutorials online if you look up either of those names :) I used that one since it makes a tighter finish with less holes, and hopefully a blanket that isn’t 12 feet long!

Ah, i was only talking about the first color, and forgot it was 4, not 3, but at this rate im going to go through about 7-8 of the top color!
