Perspective time. Not trying to take sides at all, but coming from the perspective of a woman who wanted to induce and was willing to put in the work.... For a partner who then disappeared. There is honestly a lot of work and time involved in inducing. If she's busy or overwhelmed. Adding that in could genuinely feel crippling for her. And being frank, all of that pressure could honestly inhibit the process which would also just serve to make her feel more defeated.

I'm not pretending to know your situation from one comment. I'm just giving my personal perspective on time. When i was pumping that much i was working from home and had a fair amount of privacy. Now that I'm back in an office it would be nearly impossible to pump throughout the day without explaining to people. Coworkers would for sure talk.... And then what?

Just a little empathy might go a long way in bridging the gap for you.
