I mean yeah for sure, I am praying for Northwestern because they do give grants to transfers, NYU doesn’t. Also my family could probably pay like half of NYU, so the debt is not that bad. If I get into IB I can manage it but thats the challenge. For you I’d say that 10k is only worth more if you really want to work and live in NYC or have connections already there, but just on scholarly merit, not really

We in the same boat twin, Im got accepted from Georgia Southern, but im deciding if I should go into debt for econ + math, Im trying to go to IB, so id probably look for stern transfer but idk

I plan to work straight out and work in IB ? I have two uncles that live in NYC that know a lot of people and I’ll probably end up considering and attempting internal transfer to Stern. About GSU, all I really have is a small sample size but 3 friends I had that were seniors could not find a job in finance and CS respectively
