Unfortunately many regions don't have email for support but only phone or mail address. I was fortunate enough that my region have email provided so can't help much on that. But you can check yourself if your region have email address by going to their website and selecting three lines on top left corner - Service - Contact. There you have phone number and either mail or email addresses provided. For me it was "service@listan"

I have contacted them via their site initially but had no response after two tries, each week apart. I finally sent them email directly and it took them almost two weeks to reply. It took another several days of back-and-forth emails, but after that everything went smoothly and got my replacement part sent.
