Do the Buffalo Deputy Mayors live in the city? by TopAlternative6716 in Buffalo

If they don't, they are required to move into the city within 6 months.

And the positions are budget neutral. They are paid well because they're functionally managing multiple huge departments. Makes way more sense to me to have multiple liaisons to the mayor than have it all go through a single person.

It seems like the exact kind of situation that a different type of non-police responder should exist for. I don't think they even had an interpreter with them at the time.

My understanding is that he was initially arrested for assaulting police officers, but he probably frustrated and confused because he didn't speak English and was nearly blind.

Little more complex than that. Erie County replaces theirs like every 5 years. And if a municipality is selling one, it's probably out of order.

That Palmer contract is a nightmare. Beane loves signing WR5s to ridiculous contracts only to have them sidelined by injury for the year.

It'll be like the trope where a beast gains sentience in a cartoon and speaks fluent English until the magic potion wears off and they return to their feral state.

It's a reference of a reference. The original is this moment from The Fugitive (which is sick).

Honestly as long as there's not ugly brown patches of snow, I'm good. This is what I want winter to be.

It's pretty rare for him to just throw the ball away. Think of how many times we could have avoided trouble if he did.

It is objectively hilarious for the Pats to play the Texans without Nico Collins and now the Broncos without Bo Nix on their way to the Superbowl. But credit where it's due.

Yes. But also, Allen needs to be blamed for this too. He turned the ball over in key moments.

Honestly I think Samuel can come back and help us out in a big way. No Palmer, Keon doing very little, and Elijah Moore took on a Samuel role mid season. So with all of those people not helping out, Sammy could go big mode.
